CSS,JQuery,Images etc are not working

I have a big problem with my website. I just transfered my website from another server to my server but after transfer, CSS,JQuerys,Images,... are not working. Please check this link What's wrong with this website? How do I fix this issue? Both servers are running Windows Server 2008R2,IIS7,MSSQL2008,.Net4 It's really confused me. Please help me to fix this.

I see your images just fine. Seems like you're missing some css files though, check to see that you uploaded them and they're in the right folder.
