What is this youtube streaming feature?

You know how youtube only buffers a video a little past the point you are watching? How do they do that? What is it called? Would it be easy to implement on my own website?

I'd google html5 buffering or html5 video. It looks like there are a few free and paid scripts that are similar to youtube's code.

fist they use flash player and have some application create using it with strong server background .... if you wish to create youtube it will cost millions ... if you wish to play youtube on your server just copy & paste html can be found at their pages ...

you can even install some plugin(if your website created in CMS) and set some option for it .
