Anyone waiting for joker.com domain transfer?

I'm trying to transfer a domain name from Joker to 000domains. It's been 5 days and there's no reply from Joker.com Anyone know what's going on with them? Do they usually take this long...?

It's not uncommon. Most registrars don't have the time to approve transfer requests that send a domain to another registrar. But, after 7 days, if they haven't approved the transfer, then it's assumed they accept and the transfer goes through. So you have 2 more days to wait.

Actually, it is a 5 day waiting period before the registry will Auto-Ack, if it has not received an ACK or NACK from the losing registrar.

Do Joker still charge a ridiculous sum for transferring out a domain - I've not moved mine because of this, but if they've dropped the charge I'll get on and move them out Any news on this? -- Chris
