OpenITC are proud to announce the release of an updated user interface available for our Client Portal available at https://clients.openitc.co.uk Our feature set appears to be on track and stable so we are now focusing on usability. However, with this release we have implemented a some important new features, most of which we have outlined below. We are constantly improving our control panel and are always open to new suggestions. Feel free to follow out developments or suggest new features on our forums. Streamlined order system ======================== Based on comments from our users, we have improved the order process by adding an order summary page which details the exact first invoice amount. We have also removed some unnecessary steps from the order process. Communication Preferences ========================= Users can now view and edit their communication preferences at any time via the new "My Preferences" section. Per-IP bandwidth usage statistics for Virtual Private Servers ============================================================= A full Per-IP breakdown of bandwidth usage is now available to all users from within "My Virtual Servers". This makes it possibly to easily keep track of which of your services are using the most bandwidth. Choice of Operating System now available on OS Reload ===================================================== We have perfected our templating / OS Reload system allowing us to let users switch operating system on demand. Support for Arch Linux and Gentoo operating systems =================================================== We have updated our systems to allow automatic creation of Arch Linux and Gentoo based Virtual Private Servers. All operating system templates updated, DenyHosts removed by default ==================================================================== Every single one of our hand-crafted Operating System templates have been re-created from scratch. We have now removed DenyHosts as this was causing more troubles than it solved.
