Packet Tracer - For Windows

Hey All, I need to download Packet Tracer 5.0 - 5.2 (Cisco) for Windows (Vista). We're having a slow network speed and we cant seem to find the problem, So we're hoping that this can point out any problems or any contributor to the slow speed. Do you know anywhere I can download a CLEAN copy of it? Thanks Joe
