copy sql?

Quick question. How do I copy an entire mysql sql database file via ssh? Inside /var/lib/mysql the sql are per table, not one single sql. The db is over 300mb in size too. Using mysql 5 / centos 4.6

You need to copy the entire directory /var/lib/mysql/databasename/ ?
